Empire State of Mind

I will never lose. 

I’m on the run, I’m on the loose. 

Hunting for the golden goose;

a starving wolf craving for food. 

I’m on that Empire State of Mind, 

so immersed in my grind; 

still fantasizing empires in my mind.

As I strive to attain what’s mine … 

as i leave my adversaries behind …

through the sands of time … 

i hope to seek what shall define …

the sanctity of my kind …
